First, we would like to extend our apologies for the length of time it has taken for you to receive your requested refund for The BPM Festival: Costa Rica 2022. Since being forced to postpone January’s edition of BPM Costa Rica earlier this year, we have been actively working towards rectifying the situation and fulfilling all refund requests as quickly as possible.
It is important to mention that The BPM Festival does not actively control the processing or transactional aspect of the refund process. While we had hoped that all refunds would have been processed by February 28, 2022, we are currently facing a series of third-party obstacles that have resulted in the delay of all refund fulfillments. There are many moving parts when it comes to organizing an event of this size, but rest assured that we have been and are continuing to work diligently with our ticketing company to resolve all outstanding matters and refund requests.
Please note that each event from The BPM Festival is produced with uniquely separate budgets and local partners on the ground. Your funds from your to-be-refunded 2022 BPM Costa Rica ticket are not being allocated to produce any other BPM event you may have seen promoted on The BPM Festival’s social channels. We would like to emphasize that if a refund was requested, it will be processed and fulfilled.
We understand there may be some frustration and uncertainty surrounding the prolonged delay, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As a token of our appreciation for your ongoing support and patience, we will be offering all customers who have experienced delays in the refund process a special compensation to be determined soon. Please look out for additional emails regarding ticket updates and confirmations of perks.
