An Ibiza regular since the age of 18, Italy’s Yaya brings us the next mix for our 12 Days of BPM Podcasts! As a young DJ/producer Yaya first flourished among the underground techno and house community in Turin, Italy, and dove into the afterhours scene on the Balearic Island of Ibiza upon his arrival. It wasn’t long until he caught the attention of Loco Dice in 2009 and soon became a frequent face on Desolat and its label parties. With the rest of the island soon catching wind, Yaya’s DJ and studio expertise landed him releases on labels such as Cadenza, Get Physical, Be As One, and took him to new destinations such as fabric, Watergate, and Sankeys.
