WILL CALL: Pick up your festival wristband starting on Tuesday 9/18. You MUST bring the purchase confirmation email AND matching government issued photo I.D. to pick up your pass. If you purchased more than one festival pass in your name, your guest(s) MUST be with you.
LATE NIGHT CHECK-IN: Arriving late? Pick up your festival wristband at Centro de Congressos do Arade from 22:00 – 06:00. Make sure to bring your purchase confirmation email and matching government issued photo I.D. to pick up your pass.
